As a print model and a singer-songwriter, I have worked with my fair share of photographers. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Leo on multiple occasions: He has photographed me under studio lights, outdoors in natural light and also under the low lights of a few music venues.

What i love about Leo's work is his range. He can do the classic, beautiful headshot we performers need for our promotional materials, but he is not tied to just those contrived shots and looks.

Leo is a magnificent human being, a genuine perk of that is that he takes magnificent photos. Leo is hilarious, loving, creative--and his wonderful personality comes through in the shots.

I also respect how his positivity and open-nature allow him to infuse each photo and each circumstance with a different emotion. The vibe of the modelling shots I took with him in studio are completely different than the live shots he took from my most recent performance with my HonkyTonk Country band.

Thanks for being there in such an important day of our lives....while at the same time not being there! :) Do not take this wrong, we just haven't had such great experiences with photographers as they have usually been on top of us while on a ceremony. You were able to capture great visuals without pressuring us by just being there in the background, almost unnoticeable, that will enable us to immortalize this day.

Leo was absolutely fantastic. I recently decided to propose to my now wife by surprising her with a trip to New York City.  Not knowing anyone in the city or anything about it, I stumbled upon Leo and asked if he could help.  I told him I wanted to take my girlfriend on a picture tour of the city (under the ruse of it being a birthday present) and at the end get her reaction to my proposal captured forever.  Leo was more than happy to accommodate this unusual request and met us in the early morning.  

At first, it started raining and I wasn’t sure if Leo would be able to stick around but he stuck with us the entire morning and three hours and many pictures later, the sun came out on a perfect afternoon in Central Park, where Leo captured the moment perfectly.  It was incredible and I can’t thank him enough for helping to start our engagement.  

Leo was so incredible that he went home immediately after to touch up the photos and met us back at our hotel later that day with a finished DVD.  Had it not been for Leo, the only memory we would have had of the engagement proposal would have been just a thought – now it’s a treasure.
